IDEAL GLOBAL SOCIETY PART III
The ideal global society is a society composed of all human beings that by a system having of programs and rules, on the course of the promotion of global society welfare index has been administered and guided. SYSTEM IN THE GLOBAL SOCIETY Definition : system is a collection which is composed of human forces, resources and equipment that in its central core there are selected representatives of the global society and its duty is to administer and guide the global society in the course of achieving the goal. Perhaps we can introduce different patterns and models in the description of the ruling system in the global society, but observing the following items as the basic principles in these patterns is necessary: A) In all suggested models, all of the subsets of system which have been utilized for regional administration of affairs by the system, must move completely in the system's large planning framework and only parallel to this framework, they have planning, control and supervision. They will have no independence outside the tasks defined by the system. B) In all suggested structures for system, the principle of decreasing the role of constant management by human being and strengthening the aiming, planning and description of duties as the framework must be observed. C) The existence of efficient, widespread and secure communicative networks for gathering information, keeping and processing them are the basic requirements of the system structure in the global society. After mentioning the basic principles, in order to eliminate anxieties about inefficiency and incapability of the affairs managers in the global society system, the following items can be suitable warranties for the proper and efficient function of system. 1) In Proportion to time, representative candidates in the global society system must have some characteristics and specifications that warranty the rightness of function and their efficiency. 2) All the members of global society including its representatives have no security and special characteristic within the law and all of them are equal. 3) The representatives in the global society are selected by the global society people for a certain period of time and regard to the efficiency of the educational system that we will deal with it, the global society members have essential knowledge to choose suitable and efficient representatives. 4) All of decisions and plans in the system have been made with the help of collective wisdom and any kind of individual power has been avoided, so all the representatives and the subsets of system are responsible for the whole members of the global society and basically there is no confidential planning and decision making. Therefore all the information regarding the decisions and programs is available for everyone. 5) The main characteristic of the economic system in the global society is the definition of the incomes difference index. This means that with regard to the definition of jobs and responsibilities, all the incomes and their difference have been clear and along with an efficient educational system we can weaken the motivations for corruption and gathering wealth not only in the system but also in the entire global society and we will discuss this issue in the following sections. 6) As already mentioned, the study of the global society welfare index is the most important determinant regarding the way of the system function that by an independent organization, the measurement of the global society welfare index in definite periods of time has been calculated and evaluated and its results have been revealed to the public. In the investigation of the index and summarizing the function of the system, if the global society is determined to change the representatives, the global society will be able to change the central core of the system by holding a referendum before their commission comes to an end.
This is third part of "global society in my view" book that I have written it about eight months ago in persian language. My purpose of writing this book has been a pretext not only for expressing my own viewpoints and remarks regarding the global society and its necessary structure, but also it may encourage my dear readers to contemplate, think and express their own ideas in this regard.
