IDEAL GLOBAL SOCIETY PART II
The ideal global society is a society composed of all human beings that by a system having of programs and rules, on the course of the promotion of global society welfare index has been administered and guided.
THE PURPOSE IN THE GLOBAL SOCIETY
With regard to the simple but precise aforementioned definition of the global society, it has been determined that the purpose in the global society is indeed the promotion of the global society welfare index, and since the structure of the global society is to follow that purpose, so that before dealing with this structure, it is essential to investigate the purpose in the global society carefully. Necessarily in the beginning we have put forward a discussion about the important and essential issue, that is needs of humankind.
THE NEEDS OF HUMANKIND
Definition: whatever that a human being needs to live with satisfactory life, on the course of flourishing their own talents and capabilities, is called the needs of humankind.
With regard to above mentioned definition, for the correct identification of the needs of humankind and giving suitable answers to them, applying the following items will be important and necessary. 1- The collection of human being needs must be formulated in such a way that we can sort them out on the basis of age classification and in some cases based on sexuality, so that the more precise investigation regarding the need and the way of giving a proper answer to it becomes possible. 2- It is necessary that the recognition of needs, the index of their importance and giving proper answers to them during a scientific process be determined and its result should be in such a way that in different age-group, we can determined and formulate the title of the needs, the way of answering them and giving scores to variety of answers. 3- In the different types of answers to a need, a standard answer should be defined according the scientific researches and investigations which have been carried out. Although this standard answer is far from the ideal situation, but it possess the necessary minima for answering the need and at the same time does not damage the course of flourishing their own talents and capabilities of human being. After defining a suitable standard answer, here it is better to remind this point that always in the global society the current of affairs, the exploitation of sources, the population control, and all methods and programs are in such a way that any of global society members has not been located in a level lower than the defined standards and the movement of society should be towards, that the majority of society members benefit from the ideal conditions, that we will discuss it in details in the investigation of education and economic system. 4- Often by mistake the titles such as dominance have been called the needs of humankind, but it seems that these issues are not part of humankind needs for improving their talents and capability, if we want to find a title for it, perhaps it may be called a wrong sense resulted from wrong training and undesirable environmental conditions in past and present. of course, as it has been mentioned before, the recognition of human being needs is a completely scientific process and if it is proved according to the related researches, the human being of today has some needs that contradicts the basic principles of peaceful coexistence, we should certainly take steps to weaken it by way of training and decreasing the motivations that create them in human being. As a result, according to the definition of the needs of human being and above mentioned principles, in the global society for each person, based on the age group in which they are located, there is a set of needs which are resulted from scientific researches, and in proportion to each need, we have encountered a variety of answers, a standard answer and score of each one of the answers. So, we can always in proportion to applied answers, calculate the total scores in order to fulfill the needs. Of course, it is clear that the level of standard and ideal answers in proportion to time and possibility is changeable.
THE HUMANKIND WELFARE INDEX
After discussing about humankind needs and the mentioned issues, now we can define an index as the human being welfare index. Definition: the human being welfare index is a number based on percent that shows the degree of success in answering the human being needs. We suppose that a person in a certain age group has been defined to have the needs 1ton, the needs have the importance index of Z1 to Zn, respectively and for each need a number of answers have been posed which at the end, the score of the carried out answers would be P1 to Pn, respectively. Therefore the welfare index which has been shown by "S", is obtained by the following simple equation and it is in the form of percent. S = (P1*Z1+......+Pn*Zn)/ (Z1+…….+Zn) It is obvious that the values of P1 to Pn which have been selected based on the lower levels of standard, standard and higher levels of standard(ideal) between 0 to 100, along with the needs importance index Z1 TO Zn, have been determined in a scientific process of needs and answers of human being.
GLOBAL SOCIETY WELFARE INDEX
Definition: global society welfare index is the average of the welfare index of all the global society members and it also indicates the degree of the success of system and the global society members in achieving the goal. According to the above mentioned definition, the most important issue for investigating the proper operation of system in the global society is the measurement and comparison of the welfare index in the global society in specific periods and it is also the most important yardstick regarding the efficiency of the system. Therefore as we discuss later, in order to avoid any problem in evaluating the system, an independent organization whose main members have been selected by the global society, will be responsible for evaluating this important index.
This is second part of "global society in my view" book that I have written it about seven months ago in persian language. My purpose of writing this book has been a pretext not only for expressing my own viewpoints and remarks regarding the global society and its necessary structure, but also it may encourage my dear readers to contemplate, think and express their own ideas in this regard.
In other part, I try to translate the other section of my book about system of global society, so that I wait for your opinions.
