All public parks should have restrooms.

All public parks should have restrooms.. Let's say that I am a regular person, it's a nice day and I decide to go to the park and read a book or kindle. Suddenly, nature calls. Why should I have to leave the park and inconvenience a local business to use the restroom? These parks were built with taxpayer money and restrooms should have been in the budgets along with benches, trees and stupid statures. Until these parks are retrofitted, they should stand in portable toilets. OWS has a good record of not littering and could keep restrooms clean if given a chance. Liberty Plaza is not a park and should have a save the trees movement.
