Current Version of Capitalism is NOT working – the evolution of society will continue.

To deny that the current system must evolve and change is to deny the very premise of life – we must improve as humans and we must improve as society. Unfortunately there are too many greedy people who would like to maintain the current status quo. Yet, it is unsustainable. They are unable to defend it any longer.
The 1% is in absolute moral bankruptcy. They cannot claim superiority of the system they have created. The system of greed and corruption where every aspect of human life is commercialized cannot be just before God nor can it be sustained much longer from the natural evolution perspective. Greed is something we SHOULD loose to become more humans!

What is the first steps to turn this situation around?

Yeah good question, I think greed breeds greed. The banks and the financial institutions are the most to blame for the above.

I could be wrong but a "Mattress bank" would be a start. We all know that a bank cheque from the federal reserve e.g Tax return, should never take 7 days to clear!
(my joke being, God if they can't fund my $800 then we are all in real trouble bwarharhar)

We all know they distribute the funds and play the stock market until we receive the return, We also know of late they have been caught out doing so quite badly.
I think we have all funded the large apartment block downtown that we will never live in.

Every month there is a account keeping fee, uhm yeah in the past the staff at the bank gave me a little rubber stamp mark to say they had entered the transaction,
but now everything is electronic, the staff are loosing jobs in an effort to streamline the banking process and gain greater wealth for their institution and their shareholders.

In my view it's the removal of Our/their funds that would most greatly effect their business. If 1,000 + base blocks fell away from their little pyramid, that would be a start.

Lets face it, I have never had an account grow due to the interest it should attract. But I have been asked to donate $1.50- $2.00 (aus)
every time I use an ATM.

Computers don't have debts or families, they just run 24 hours a day.

WHEN I GROW UP I WANNA BE A COMPUTER
