Dealing with Trouble Makers

""Denver just published a response to this. Have the protesters sit down and be quiet and meditate, or sing softly, or softly say shhh. The troublemakers can then be clearly identified as outsiders.
That's golden. It's hard to paint OWS as responsible for their actions with any media coverage if there is a visible difference between the rioters and the movement." from FB

That's a good idea, and some good defense. I haven't heard any better ideas.

It could be done with a call and response.
If someone in the crowd sees an aggressor they can yell "Peace Check!" All who hear repeat the call "Peace Check!" three times. On the third call and response, everyone sits down and looks around.

If there is a protagonist, anyone on security can easily deal with them and have a crowd of witnesses. Once the issue is resolved with and a good temperature check, we can all get back up and resume the previous action.

That is good also. Maybe I should have said any other ideas those are both good.

it can be dealt with, that is for sure. It just makes too easy a target for anti-occupy news commentary otherwise
