Working together with the Outreach and Design working groups of the NYCGA, I have created a fully customizable template that can be used to generate printable fliers that can be handed out wherever an Occupier finds a misinformed/under-informed/or generally confused public (read EVERYWHERE).

Already in use in NYC, this template increased their circulation by 33%!
They handed out 2,000 of these fliers 2 days faster then in previous issues. No Joke. The 99% Dispatch had been an excel file that, while info-packed, lacked an air of credibility they felt was neccessary for an effective communication. So they turned to the Design work-group, who posted the project online for the designers to complete. Having worked as a professional designer for a number of publications, I jumped at the project and with The 99% Dispatch team in New York City, and co-created a highly effective means of disseminating the under-reported news our fellow citizens need to hear.

Using the open source tech of Google Documents (Drawings in particular) we created a template, composed of scalable design elements, fully editable copy, the ability to easily upload pictures, and save as pdfs for production. It is intended to be a double-sided 8.5" x11" flier. The template design is purposefully black and white, using a modern adaptation of the classic news masthead. We experimented with the iconic red and black, but it felt to aggressively radical. We tried red/white/blue but it came off patronizingly patriotic. In the end we settled for the cool (easily printable) professional look of grey scale. Here is the link to the public version of the template:

The template is populated with the content of an old version of the NYC edition for demonstration purposes. The contact info in the footer is fully customizable so local Occupations can run their own 99% Dispatch edition, fully independent of central oversight.
In fact, they don't even know I am making this publicly available! (hope you guys don't mind...) See what I mean by lack of oversight? It's wonderful! Ideas flourish and were all the richer for it.

So here's how it works, I think. Look this is all new to me too, so hang with me while we work out the kinks.
The links above should take you to the public version of the templates. I don't think you will be able to edit these (please let me know if that's not the case- and try not to mess it up!). To create your own edition, go over to "File" in the menu just above the editing tools, and scroll down to "Make a copy...". You will be prompted with the option to "also copy document collaborators". If you check this box, I will remain on as a collaborator in the copy. This has worked well with the NYC edition, when for example they accidentally deleted a headline banner. They sent me an email, I uploaded the graphic to their edition and all was well. The choice to include me is yours to make (Free Press FTW).

MY HESITATION...
Here's what I don't want to see. People using this template to promote divisive ideologies or opinions, conspiracies or candidates, as this is not the intent of The 99% Dispatch. This will not be the equal but opposite creation that mirrors the failed journalistic integrity of the mainstream entertainment news garbage. That will not help anyone.
The intent, so far as I understand it, is to help spread the news that the mainstream media refuses to touch. We all know the kind of stories I'm talking about, they are ALL OVER this forum. ( @skoalbite with "Today in research" comes to mind).
Now we have a means for turning these news gems, these stories you wish more people knew about- the kind of stories people NEED to know about- and create physical fliers, turning any occupation into its own mini-publication, catering news content for their local concerns. A work-group of 2 people within any Occupation could run their own edition, and for the cost of printing, they'd have a fully customizable professional news dispatch to inform the public.

Make large multipage signs using the Rasterbator and your printer and glue or tape them to a posterboard from the 99 cents store or dollar tree.
This divided large images across multi sheets of paper to print them and then you can paste or tape them together.

It just subdivides the gathering. neither party is doing anything. both parties need to change and the 99% percent need to stick together long enough to change them and not be subdivided by those who control the status qou in the parties (they want you arguing so you remain no challenge tot hem).
